How we ship, and how easy it is to send something back.
Shipping
We ship across the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $5 and free on orders over $50. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
If something isn’t right, return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email hello@bayanshop.org with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
